WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
The courts are open daily from 06:00 to 24:00 — check MATCHi for available slots. Both courts are illuminated, so loss of daylight does not affect play. Starting in June, our terrace bar is open 09:00–21:00 on weekdays and 12:00–18:00 on weekends. If you’ve booked a slot outside these hours, we’re usually still on-site. But if not and you need assistance, don’t hesitate to call us at 050 536 8824. Please note that opening hours may be affected by bad weather.


HOW DO I BOOK A COURT?
You can make a court reservation via the MATCHi booking system or call us at 050 536 8824.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PLAY?
Court rental starts at €16/hour during off-peak times (such as early mornings) and goes up to €44/hour during peak times. Check MATCHi for current rates and available deals.


CAN I RENT RACKETS AND BALLS?
Yes!

  • Rackets are available for rent at €4.

  • Ball tubes can be purchased for €8 or €9, depending on the brand.

  • Lightly used balls are available free of charge.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you’ve made a booking via MATCHi, you can cancel it free of charge up to 8 hours before the scheduled time.
Please note that MATCHi may still charge a booking fee of approximately €1.25.

If it’s too late to cancel, you can still list your booking for resale through MATCHi.
And if you're missing a player, feel free to call us — we might be able to help you find one.


WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF RAIN?
Reservations may be cancelled due to rain or strong wind, but not all weather conditions qualify.
A brief 10-minute shower during a 90-minute booking, or a light drizzle, typically does not justify cancellation.

If the court remains too slippery or drenched after heavy rain, we may offer a credit refund, even if it’s not raining at the time of your booking.

Local weather in Helsinki can vary — always call us before deciding not to come.
We are on-site and best positioned to assess the conditions.

If your game is disrupted by the weather, we are generous with credit for future bookings.
MATCHi bookings cancelled due to weather will be credited to your MATCHi account

Bottom line: always contact us first — never decide on your own not to show up.


CAN I ORGANIZE A PRIVATE PADEL EVENT OR TOURNAMENT?
Absolutely! Whether it’s a company outing, birthday tournament, or casual game day, we’re happy to help.

We assist with:

  • Court reservations

  • Match formats (e.g. Americano)

  • Racket rentals

  • Terrace bar services

We can also help book the sauna next door at a discounted rate — perfect for post-game relaxation.

Contact us early to tailor the event to your needs.


CAN I RESERVE A PERMANENT WEEKLY TIME SLOT?
Yes! We offer permanent weekly bookings for individuals or groups who want the same time each week.
These are booked for the season and invoiced separately.
Very popular during peak hours — contact us early to secure your slot.


DO YOU OFFER COACHING?
Yes!We offer coaching for beginner to intermediate players and can arrange coaching for more advanced levels.
Rate: €50/hour + court fee.
Please contact us 2–3 days in advance to schedule.


HOW CAN I BOOK THE SAUNA NEXT DOOR?
Visit our friends at Löylykontti, or give us a call and we’ll take care of it for you.


IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, plenty of street parking nearby.
Check Parkopedia for rates and details.


WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE ON-SITE?

  • Toilet

  • Fresh drinking water

  • Basic locker area

  • Terrace bar (during opening hours)

There are no dedicated shower facilities, but shower access may be available at the sauna next door — especially when it's not busy. Ask us about availability!


I'M LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO PLAY WITH — CAN YOU HELP?
Yes! We run active WhatsApp groups where players can find partners — ask us how to join.
Or call us directly, and we’ll try to match you with other players.

CAN I PAY WITH EPASSI, EDENRED OR SMARTUM?
Yes! At the moment we accept both Edenred and Epassi for court rentals and equipment, and we're hoping to ad Smartum to the list soon.

Please make sure to complete the payment through your chosen app before your session and show the confirmation at the venue if requested.
